What is your cancellation policy?

There is a 48 hour cancellation window. There will be a fee for any appointment cancelled after this time frame.

What vaccines does my dog need to have?

Vaccines required for your dog to be groomed with us are Bordetella, Distemper (DHLPP) and Rabies. Documentation for these are required.

Do you work with big dogs and bully breeds?

Yes, we work with ALL dogs no matter the size and breed.

How do you work with difficult/anxious pets?

Being upfront is key, especially when scheduling a challenging grooming session for your pet. Please openly share any triggers or stressors your furry friend may have. This information allows us to tailor the grooming experience to minimize any discomfort or anxiety, ensuring a more positive visit for both you and your pet.

How long does a groom usually take?

Grooming sessions can range anywhere from 1.5 hours to 3.5 hours. It is all dependent on the size of the dog and what is requested during that time. Please call for more info!
